Client Services Coordinator
Are you highly organized, calm under pressure, and great at keeping people on track? Do you pride yourself on crossing out to do lists while answering the phone with a smile? We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator who can be both the friendly first point of contact for our clients and the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps our law firm running smoothly. You’ll answer calls, support our associate attorney with scheduling and priorities, and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love bringing structure to fast-moving environments, we’d love to connect with you!
