Alice Hobson

Client Coordinator
Alice Hobson serves as the Client Coordinator at Phillips Law, where she helps guide clients through the intake process and ensures they receive compassionate, responsive support from their first interaction with the firm.

Originally from Lafourche Parish, Alice moved to New Orleans in 2010 and has spent the past 16 years working with community-based programs throughout the city. Following the devastation Hurricane Ida brought to her hometown and surrounding communities, she participated in hurricane relief efforts with the Greater New Orleans Caring Collective, helping support local residents during the recovery process.

Alice is also in the process of launching her nonprofit organization, Southern Heart to Soil, an initiative focused on improving food stability in the Bayou St. John neighborhood. The organization aims to transform Easton Park into a functional food forest and community gathering space.

In addition to her community work, Alice has extensive experience managing high-volume kitchens throughout New Orleans. In those roles, she led teams committed to delivering consistently high-quality food while maintaining clean, efficient kitchen operations.

Community & Personal Interests

Outside of work, Alice enjoys giving back to her community and continuing her efforts to expand access to fresh food for neighborhoods across New Orleans.
